WCWE is a Management Firm which through image development, media exposure, publicity, marketing and expert industry experience, provides a vehicle which creates opportunity for brands, talent and product to unite and utilize the combination of all to expand the possibilities of successful careers in advertisement, promotion, marketing and entertainment.
As talent managers, or model managers, WCWE guides the professional career of models in the entertainment and modeling industry. We oversee the day-to-day business affairs of models; advise and counsel talent concerning professional matters, long-term plans and personal decisions, which may affect their career.
Our Booking Department actually book events and shows for the talent we represent to host. We make all of the arrangements with the promoters of the events. Our performance agreement, which stipulates the models requirements, is highly detailed to best suit their needs. Items may include meals, hotel accommodations, flights, and transportation. We also work to find the right model that will fit in the need and available budget.
As an editorial manager we sometimes have the title executive editor or editor-in-chief. We are generally responsible for the content of the publication. We execute the ideas of the publisher with expertise and creative vision, ultimately improving on the idea making it more visually vibrant, interesting and marketable.
